I am honored to accompany my clients on their financial wellness journey, letting go of financial stress and anxiety, making space for joy and peace in their lives.
Prior to founding One Wild Life Advisors, LLC with Andrea, I owned Tree Fort Financial, Inc. for over 10 years, started by my father in 2003. My family has an extensive history of entrepreneurship, and I have seen first-hand the opportunities and challenges of business ownership.
In college I majored in Sociology and English, and believe my liberal arts education provides me with a strong foundation in critical thinking, a desire for continuous learning, and most important, being curious about the world.
I live in Chicago with my husband, son, and dog, Jaguar. In my free time, I love a good book, skiing (water and snow) with family, and hot yoga.

I’m enthusiastic about guiding clients and friends to engage in fulfilling work/life experiences, organize their finances, and make informed decisions about their money.
Previous to partnering with Jacki on One Wild Life Advisors, LLC, I opened North Park Financial Planning in early 2018 to improve my own life and work in a way that allows me to spend time with loved ones, stay physically active, and travel.
I love living in Chicago. I enjoy jumping in Lake Michigan, hot yoga, running and biking. Married to David for 27 years, we have 4 children; ages 26, 23, 19 and 16.
About Our Name
The name One Wild Life Advisors, is inspired by Mary Oliver’s poem, “The Summer Day” which concludes with the question: “Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”
A wild life doesn’t mean an unplanned life. It can be intentional. It likely includes a lot of change, adventures, growth, people and love. Understanding how money follows and supports your life is essential to making it truly wild. We like the word wild because it reflects the excitement and the risk we all take every time we decide to make a change in our lives.
